Hi just registered all my details as a drive and it was successful but whenever I want to login it says failed to load registration please I need help on this

The best thing to do is to remove acceptance rate and drivers score

I am enjoying using bolt driver each time I go to work and come back

Even when a rider write a negative report about you , you are affected without bolt knowing what happened . That’s nonsense. Passenger will mess up your car when you tell them they try to talk you down at the end a write a negative report about you Bolt will go ahead to punish the driver . Rubbish

It’s really sad that if lately I hv lost N2,800 despite sending reports to the support team and the prove of payment but all my effort seems to be null and void. This wickedness is too much Kindly review the payment system and make sure every commission paid by a driver is reflected

The app is a good one but the measures in reducing drivers score should be reviewed. The fare for distances covered in imo state need to be increased

It’s easier to deduct the driver score when strips are cancelled but it takes too long to add the score back that’s really bad and I don’t think that’s good enough

Hello Bolt, I want the management to know that you cannot operate efficiently without the help of we drivers, so in this case we need each other.. I wonder how you drop my driver scores because a passenger cancels or maybe I cancel for one or two reasons, and when I finished more than 10 trips, my driver scores still remain the same.. I must say that your system is wacky and you all are concerned with your riders and not drivers.
