Nice application
Bolt.Earth’s interface is sleek, intuitive, and easy to navigate. Whether I'm searching for a charging station, viewing my charging history, or checking for special offers, everything is well-organized and user-friendly. Even if you’re new to EVs, the app makes it simple to start charging without confusion.
Many hosts are not active in real time
App showing host locations but in real time data hosts are not active. Why customers has to report not working host id to customer care? What you are doing. Please get support from petrol/diesel stations to set up charging stations.
Horrible App
It’s a complete waste of time n energy!! The App doesn’t scan the QR code properly and always showing as searching for the charges and ends up saying it can’t find the charger. It’s supposed to be useful n make out lives easier but it’s completely opposite n unnecessary. Rubbish app and garbage company, better close it down.
Charging doesn’t work!
What’s the point of lucrative UI when the BASIC functionality of charging doesn’t work even when vehicle is connected and amount is already paid. Fix your chargers first. Your service is not reliable at all.
No response.
Not happy with the team of bolt charging. We were among the first to install chargers in our apartments. The charging point was not working since Saturday (9.11.2024), had called up the people from bolt. But no response till now. Very bad service. Will go for an alternative service provider.
OTP does not work
Very unstable app. Many times OTP and app features are not working at all.
IOS 18.0 not supported

I had a very great experience using bolt chargers. Was easy to access and use the product. I would recommend all EV users to use Bolt Earth
