White screen of death - Website is down…
The app won’t load after the most recent update. I’m seeing a white screen and nothing else. White screen of death? I decided to log I. To the website instead but we’re getting a 503 error there when attempting to log in. The GET request shows 505 Service Unavailable Response is 503 Service Temporarily Unavailable
Often has loading issues
Please fix the app. It often won’t open. I get a white screen only. Should not have to constantly uninstall and reinstall an app for it to work. Very frustrating!
App could be better
I love the subscription, but the app could be better. There’s no quick way to see all of the books I’ve purchased through the app in one place.

My Only Issue with the App
I absolutely love BOTM! The service is amazing, the app is easy to navigate, but EVERY MONTH I get stuck with the app saying I have a notification. Even if I open the app to clear it, the notifications stays there. It bothers me to no end!! I’ve even tried uninstalling then reinstalling the app, and the notification is still there when I log back in! It irritates me so much!!!! How can I make it go away?? I’ve updated the app ever time there’s an update available, and that does nothing. HELP!!!
