Bookaway: Bus Train & Ferry

The worst app. Do not use this app as they fool every traveller. What they promise vs what they deliver is very very different. They do not have any control on bookings and it’s an absolutely challenging process to contact them. We had booked for a train and yet a few hours before they cancelled the tickets. When I tried reaching out to them there was no response. Kate in Vietnam was the point of contact and was not helpful at all.
