Hi I purchased 1 month but I have been charged for 1 year, and I even couldn’t log in my account. I sent email to you but nobody reply yet. Could you please tell me why my account is still trial 7 days ???

Good App

I have tried the app, seams okay as an author of learning books for kids I don’t think my girl will learn much from the app as it’s so much like a cartoon on tv however, the color painting is fun, I like how my child can paint the cartoon characters which come to life once you paint it, it’s better on a tablet or iPad for the viewing, the stars my child gets is fun to watch as books and achievements are completed. 5 stars from me. The prices are far too expensive compared to traditional learning practices. I would buy it if my child actually learned something from the books available but not at that price sorry, $75 for 1 year is asking too much. Sorry you lost a star for pricing as families with lower incomes cannot afford those prices and wouldn’t it be better to encourage and help educate lower income families?

Very disappointed

Down loaded after seeing an ad that said 2 free books. But after three pages I was asked to make payment to unlock full book. Talk about false advertising. Have deleted this app.

You have to pay to unlock the stories

Got 3 pages into a book and it tells me I have to pay to unlock the rest of the story. Don’t make it appear to be a free app when you have to pay to use it once it’s downloaded. I’ve deleted the app - waste of time.

Terrible

Very glitchy, makes it impossible to read to kids. Waste of $10
