Just updated my sons Bookful and now it won’t load it’s just stuck on the opening page

Can’t open books even though the subscription is paid

Hi. I purchased the subscription and doesn’t seem to still let me access any books, except the free ones. Can anyone have a look why is that happening? When I go to manage my subscription, it says it is paid until 22 of October 2022. Thanks

The ad lied.

I had seen some books for free on the ad and my little sibling loves smurfs so I decided to download so we can read the story but apparently the book which said it was free on the ad was not free at all.

Good app could be better

Few comments about the practical stuff. Great app that brings books to life. My two little boys 4 and 2 love the interactive books like peekaboo, stories that allow them to participate. On a minus side: 1. No search button - so you cannot search for books by subjects e.g. dinosaur (which my boys are obsessed with) 2. Seems like there is not enough books for now - seems like there is only a limited amount of books for each level (did not counted them but like 15 per level) which is not enough as my boys looked through most of them already and we are on week one and the only two dinosaur books we seen had been read multiple times 3. Would love the see some of the other popular books in there (you have DK so Osborne books would be great) 4. Great that ether are books in other languages - shame it’s only two - personally would love to see some Polish language books included and other EU languages like German or French or Spanish Still on my trails week but wondering if I get the subscription if the amount of books you have will be enough to entertain my boys all year long 🤔🤷‍♀️

Would of given it 5 stars but no screen rotation

False advertising

Signed up to the monthly subscription as had planned to see what the app was like, I was then charged £45, when I got In touch, customer services blamed my iOS phone for giving me false plans and says I just have to accept they don’t offer monthly plans even though the website says they do!! 😡
