These services are renewable on an annual or monthly basis, for a fixed monthly fee.
Renewal charges are automatically debited at least 24 hours prior to the end of the previous period. However, readers can manage their subscription package and choose to switch off the auto-renewal option in their Account Settings.
If a reader is on a free trial and chooses to purchase a subscription during that time, they forfeit any unused portion of the free trial period.

Appen vil ikke åbne op
Jeg har haft abonnement i flere år, men nu kan jeg ikke engang komme ind på appen. Det må være fejl på den, løs venligst problemet!
Fungerer dårligt
Desværre kan man ikke læse den samme bog på 2 iPad, så roder den rundt i hvor langt man er i bogen. Ellers er den god, ingen klager 3/7/2024 Jeg er meget utilfreds med app’en. Jeg kan ikke få lov til at have 3 enheder tilsluttet. Jeg har efter anvisning fra jer, fjernet den ene app. Så nu har jeg kun 1 tilbage at læse på. I svarer på engelsk, men jeg kan kun forstå dansk, så jeg håber der kan komme en ordentlig forklaring på problemet. Jeg er fast kunde, og har lige betalt for 1 år til
God men plads til forbedring
Godt udvalg af bøger. Kunne godt ønske mig at der var en opdeling af brugerne på min enhed, så vores bøger blev opdelt.

Jeg er så træt af at jeg utallige gange skal slette app’en og geninstallere n. Dette skal jeg fordi der ingen lyd kommer. Har lyttet ril en bog og så slukket. Når jeg så startet igen er der ingen lyder. Bliver flere gange dagligt mødt til at slette appen og derefter geninstallere den Hvad er der galt??? Gode råd udbedes
