I booked online ticket of Mian and sons on 2 june When i try to refund they said that 15% will cut from ticket amount and 1500 out of 2200 will refund Almost 12 days have passed and i still didnt got my refund even they are not picking my calls 1500 are not too much for me but they scammed me and alot of other people like mE

Hey Bookme. I have observed over multiple times that whenever there is load your system overwhelms and messes up the entire experience. I am booking seat for Pak India 9 June world cup T20 match screening and guess what 559 seats are available but I am unable to book one. Either the count is wrong or there is something else.

Please add your route for best experience.!!

I have been using bookme for 4 years now. I recently got into a problem with them, I contacted their support and they pursued my case. They are all very cooperative specially Mishaal from QA. I was followed up multiple times and in a few days my case was resolved. Really glad to experience this level of customer support.

Its been 7 days since my ticket refund is stuck which was not even my fault. The bus got canceled and they did not have the audacity to notify me that it has been canceled. I had to travel to the bus stop to get to know about this and after all this frustration they have kept my money bound. I have been calling them all they say is Sir It is under procedure. It's my money and why i am the one begging it back? Its a scam guys please dont use this app.

It has been 5 months. And I have not received my refund amount. According to their refund policy, it takes 45 to 60 days. The staff is very unprofessional and non-cooperative. They don’t even respond to calls. Everyone is advised not to use bookme services!
