Very bad experience dont trust them
They are just trying to get your money in bookme wallet. They donot refund your money at all, it has been 2 months and i have been constantly writing emails to they but they still keep on delaying it.
My refund was genione as my bus got cancelled which was verified from bookme
but they didnt refund my money to my bank account, and im still waiting for my money to be refunded in bookme wallet.

The bus was cancelled but I was unable to get refund even after multiple calls on their helpline. No proper way of managing complaints and giving refunds

SCAMMERS No-Refund
Booked bus ticket from jazz cash, it got cancelled, for refund they asked me to download this app. Funny thing, there is no option to refund the amount back to jazz cash account.

Makes the customers pay for their faulty App
I faced an issue while trying to book my ticket. I tried to make the payment and it showed an error that my payment had failed. I went to check my current bookings but the flight i tried to book wasn’t there. So i booked it again but when i checked my bookings, I saw I was booked twice. I called the helpline but they said I would have to pay fine of 6,000. I’ve been a loyal customer for years but I’m taking my business elsewhere. Why am I being charged when the error is your mistake.
