More offers should be available to be redeemed. Convenience charges are too high.
Ridiculous app
I booked for katra and they booked for Jammu and even didn’t pop that city is changed
SCAM. THEY STOLE MY MONEY. DO NOT TRUST THIS APP
They took my payment and gave me an error that said “Payment successful but Booking Failed.” Then refunded the money to BMS cash. It was a huge payment, I had clubbed it with bank discounts, so they refunded what I paid in BMS cash. Then when I tried to do the booking and use BMS cash, I had to pay MORE than my initial price because surprise surprise, BMS cash can’t be clubbed with any discounts and this is the way they scam people out of their money. Check their reviews, a lot of people have faced this issue. They usually do this to people after 2-5 bookings but no one is safe. Do not trust the positive reviews, it WILL happen to you too.
Doesn’t accept international credit cards
It’s almost 2024, and a booking portal like BookMyShow still doesn’t accept international cards! Well your loss. Literally.
Poor customer service
Customer service team is poorly knowledgeable they don’t spend any issues but provide standard answers I lost a show because of thier in capability Suggest to explore other channels for booking
Have to keep putting in the personal information repeatedly
Even if you put in your address if you go back or so, you have to type in all your information again. That’s ridiculous if you have to put in your information again and again in case you need to go back or so.
