Unable to restore lifetime subscription

As the title says it. I’ve tried restoring my purchase on my new iPadpro and Macbookair making sure if first opened the AppStore to open the Application from my previous purchases, but when I tried to restore the purchase I’m gettin an error message saying “ no previous purchase has been made”? This is why I’m for the time being only giving you guys 4 stars.
