I got the app on my MacBook for many years. Very happy. Just got it for the iPhone and I am very disappointed. I cannot listen to my radios nor listen to Spotify with Boom. Doesn’t work. Why did you not provide the same services?

Hi, good day. May i check is the equaliser works on spotify? As i can’t find spotify in the options list.

Issue in playing music

I not sure why but now the app wont play music through spotify and apple music. But the radio works

I need refund

I thought it’s the same version on pc so I purchase life time but I realise it’s not the same version on pc so I request a refund but it say not eligible for refund Sad life

Poor Customer Service

Very bad customer service. I paid the lifetime license - one time payment of 21.98 after I deciced to finally get. Initially I subscribed for Monthly then later that day I decided to finally buy the lifetime license. After that they still deduct the monthly fee of 2.98 even I emailed their customer service. Very bad customer service. I managed to unsubscribe the Monthly fee and now I still have the lifetime pack, hopefully no more monthly charges. Dont get me wrong the app is verygood but very poor Customer Support Service.

Unresponsive

everytime i open the apps, the music player is unresponsive. i tried login my spotify thrice, but it is still not working. please look up on this.

Honestly? Kinda fell in love with the app

Tried the free version years back and ended up purchasing🤪 no regrets at all in addition to its update......? ..AMAZING
