Boost App Malaysia

Malaysian living abroad. This app is good but could be better. It’s not friendly if you’re not in Malaysia. Can’t top up unless your credit or debit card don’t have 3D secure. I have Sarawak Pay and it allows me to top up using my non Malaysian debit card. Go figure, I tot West Malaysia would’ve been more advance but clearly I was mistaken. Fix this and you’ll have more users. Make it accessible to foreigners who’s traveling into Malaysia. Do I expect the developer to reply to my review! Doubt it.

love the apps. easy to use. easy to pay. but would be nice if they could have more party to pay. bcs as for me i use maxis line and maxis home fibre. but cant pay using boost. also the electric bills. But overall it is still one of the best e-wallet apps!!!!

This App is all but useless to anyone other than a local resident. As a frequent traveller overseas, particularly within the Asia region, an eWallet utilising the local currency is valuable option. Unfortunately, this App prevents anyone other than a local resident attaching their bank details to add funds. I have spent several hours trying to resolve the issue only to effectively be told, “Too bad so sad.” In my opinion Boost customer service leaves a lot to be desired. In my view, do not waste your time trying to use this App, Grap Pay is a far better option.

Seems just some kind of copycat ideal from China’s WeChat pay.

This app is one of the most useless app, dont even bother downloading this, the customer service takes ages to reply and verification keeps failing without proper instruction what needs to be done. My money stuck there for so long I cant even withdraw it.

I have terminated my account because my account has been rejected to verify and its been a month i didn’t get my money back after i terminated my account.

Whenever i tried to withdraw money from boostmymoney. It keeps on saying i put the wrong OTP even though it is the correct one. Scam

Hey, I just wanted to say, what kind of “cash app” that Customer Support was never reply and just leave the issue ticket status stay open, instead of “automated response”? What if we facing our money issue with your app? I had used your app for years since it launched, please improve customer service part if you think we are important for you. Thank you.
