I find the fact that there is no way to way to dispute payments pretty damning. When I came across this while buying electronics, I thought the vendor website must have been hacked to intercept the payments. The payment pop-up didn’t work on iPad either, so had to switch to macOS to even get the QR code. Most confusingly, the amount on the QR code wasn’t even right (£1).
It isn’t so much that I distrust Bopp, their idea is decent, but they disclaim themselves from any responsibility, so there is no more buyer protection than if I’d just done a bank transfer to someone. Maybe less, because even banks work together sometimes.
I’ll go to another vendor, pay more, but with credit card for section 75 protection instead.

It is absolutely hurendous I have tried so so many times to confirm my email and it says it is but then when I go into the app it says it’s not verified why is this?
