Bose Sleep

Ich finde es etwas eigenartig, wenn ich über die Supportfunktion der APP Bose anschreibe, da mein rechter sleepbud überhaupt nicht mehr reagiert, keinerlei Reaktion zurückkommt. Meine sleepbuds sind 4 Monate alt und sollten doch noch ein wenig funktionsfähig bleiben. Da würde ich es doch begrüßen, wenn zumindest ein: ja, hallo, hast halt Pech gehabt … oder sonst ein geistreicher Kommentar vom Support zurückkommen würde. Wozu gibt es in einer APP eine Supportfunktion überhaupt, wenn der Anbieter dann nicht darauf reagiert. Ich bin von Bose gewaltig enttäuscht. Offensichtlich weist das Ladeetui eine Funktionsstörung auf und noch offensichtlicher interessiert das Bose nicht. Danke!

Funktioniert ausgezeichnet! Blendet perfekt Schnarchgeräusche des Partners aus! Ich wünsche mir noch mehr Töne wie „Stille“, eventuell Musik in Richtung Trance, das würde auch gut passen! Bin auf die Updates gespannt!

funktioniert mit denn Bose sleepbuds ohne Probleme...keine Verbindungsprobleme etc. ob die sleepbuds bzw. die Töne einem beim einschlafen/durchschlafen helfen, muss natürlich jeder für sich selbst entscheiden

Ständiger Verbindungsabbruch, nach 2 Monaten, unregelmäßigem Gebrauch schaltet sich ein Kopfhörer nach ca 3 Minuten permanent ab...

Permanente Verbindungsprobleme bei weniger als 9 cm Abstand, geschweige denn 9 Meter. Andauernde Lautstärkeschwankungen, mal rechts zu leise, mal links. Schade ums Geld, nie wieder

Sometimes they work, but most of the time they don’t. No pattern to it. I have finally given up. The whole system is a complete waste of money. Buy cheap ear plugs. They may not have the same benefits, but at least it won’t be a “hey! Wonder if these will work tonight?!?” guessing game for 100x the $$$.

I tried enlarging the text which is hard to see at night without my glasses on. The changes I made did not take effect, even after I restarted the iPhone.

I like these quite a lot. Two things, the metal bit where it charges could be better suited on the other side where it doesn’t touch metal-sensitive ears. Also, there haven’t been new sounds added in years. It would be nice if there were new offerings and if they were on a longer loop as well.

I have had problem sleeping for a while and the sleepbuds have really helped with that especially when others are in the room but the app feels like it barely works sometimes. It takes extremely long to connect to the sleepbuds even when previously connected a few minutes prior. Any time you need to change any setting it takes 30 seconds or more to load. Trying to snooze alarms or change an alarm and go back to sleep is extremely difficult due to how long it takes to connect since there is no way to control any settings from the home screen. It can be very frustrating at times

My left headphone works, but every time I want to use my sleep buds it doesn’t register that headphone, and I take them out of my case and then back in my case for 5-10 minutes before they connect. I used to love this product but do not feel the support from bose.
