Recently has been a hassle

This product has a design fault. If you search the internet, you will find lots of people having the same problem.

I cant even connect my brand new earbud especially the right one, tried all sorts of methods which were recommended on the Bose website. This is absolutely ridiculous. This is not making a good impression on a first time buyer. Even the battery’s fully charged and it still says cant find/connect to earbuds. It would be grateful if you guys can either tell me what’s happening with them or fixing them.

Both sleepbuds cant connect after I clicked "update" the buds in the apps. I have tried all the methods like turning off bluetooth for awhile or reloading the app, but all failed to solve. Please fix urgently.

耳塞已經換第5次，新耳塞連線後，入去下載音樂會彈App，完全下載唔到以前聽開的音樂，App又無update，係咪未support iOS 13.2.3?

All great so far. BUT - Unfortunately The app crashes whenever I try to listen to or download a new sound. Hope it will be fixed soon.

左耳機只能充到58%，理論上充夠100%可以用16小時，58%就可用約8-9小時，但實際連4小時都維持不到。已經換了兩次產品。
