Worked fine for the first couple of days now it has connection issues all the time

Most of their products have been out of stock for years. Their customer support is non existent, literally. The 800 number is dead and their CA address comes back to an empty business park. On the other hand the camera works after manually downloading and updating the firmware. Their servers appear to be running as you must login through Bosma to access the camera so I could only assume someone overseas keeps the servers running for data harvesting or streaming these types of unsecured cams online. Either way it works, has survived multiple hurricanes and isn't supposed to get wet. 🤷🏼‍♂️

Requires a lot of calibrating which can be extremely fristrating, especially if you’re locked out.

Works when it wants to. Pad doesn’t work at all with code. Internet connection goes in and out. Definitely keep a backup key or just use a key because this works ten percent of the time

Almost satisfied, just needs to unlock the door every single time that you come back home no just when you go far away from home

Bought this camera many years ago, and it still works great

this camera was so easy to install and set up. Picture quality is great. Everything adjustable which makes it easier to frame what you’re looking for all around a good buy!

Never answers emails ever I think they are out of business… sad
