Slow connection
Unlucky and unfair with longer time of waiting to refresh.
Suspect
Had a email telling me I’ve a free ticket awaiting me, when I went to play it they tried to charge me £7 - not impressed. I’ve been a loyal supporter of this game for many many years, never won anything even though there seems to be many “multiple” winners?!? but this has put me off ever playing again.
Ridiculous judges
Im 100% sure its an genuine app , but the judges that they choose to announce the winner is just awful, its not just me but everyone on YouTube , reddit are complaining about the judges! Hopefully botb is gonna do something about it soon or we will switch to a different platform
New version
The new version is much better then before. Now at least I can see all competitions
Bad app and non functional sign up
I was looking to shift away from another similar site as my luck is not working there. However, the signup process would not work. Despite entering my correct mobile number and trying several times, the text code never arrived. As for the app, that just hangs on the splash screen. Poor experience. I'll stick to where I was and keep throwing money at them.
Dodgy application
Scam I’ve been using BOTB for more than three years. I play every single week or days I didn’t win nothing
Glitchy App
App is insanely buggy and even the internet website is just as bad.
Poor (was a lot better)
Removing features like the ability to filter by price is making me no longer want to play. It seems each update causes nothing but bugs and delays, needs sorting asap as competitors apps are far not intuitive
