App sucks, constantly crashes, updates forever every time you open it. Overall waste of space on your phone. Could not recommend any other ticketing app more

I love that Bounce lists what’s going on around me. I feel more connected with my community. The customer service is also top notch.

I love using bounce it has made it easy to purchase tickets for event. I do have one suggestion maybe to possibly add a feature to follow event organizers (not like friending them but following them). This will allow users to see when organizers post a event on the homepage or even notify them when the organizer posts an event. Sometimes its weird to follow a organization that you don’t particularly know or will not add you back. But, you want to see their events when they create new ones to get the cheapest tickets and to be informed on when things are occuring!

I’ve been using Bounce for the last 2 years and it’s honestly made it so much easier and efficient to attend events!

I had to download the app to purchase two tickets. Right off the bat, the tickets showing two different dates in two different places. Super confusing to understand why? I thought I booked wrong date, so tried rescheduling or cancellation. But there is not even an option for that. Submitted refund request, no acknowledgment. The tickets still showing and after two days, no contact. I booked two new tickets for another day, and when I tried sharing with myself, coz its for me and my kid it doesn’t allow saying u already bought tickets. Like wth?? What kind of illogical platform is this? Now I am $110 down and no idea if and when I can attend the event. Which is only 5-6 days away. Is this a joke? Horrible horrible app and never using it again!!

I purchased 2 tickets to a local live music event. I received an email close to the date saying I have to send the 2nd ticket to my guest and they have to sign up to the bounce service in order to use the ticket. I reluctantly sign up my wife and then get another email later telling me I’m not obligated to sign up the owner of the 2nd ticket. Too late because now I hate your service. There are many small event ticketing services and I’m going to ask people to avoid yours.
