وصلني عطر يسرب ،، وتواصلت مع خدمة العملاء واخبروني خلال ٤٨ ساعه يأتي مندوب لاستلام العطر.. ولم يتواصل اي شخص،، المفترض إرجاع كامل المبلغ،، فقط إضافه ٣٠ ريال مبلغ اعتذار. علما بأنني دائما اطلب ويكون كل شيء تمام. إلا هذه المره

Return on your expenses
Worst app ever I bought a Casio watch they did not even have pictures on the hand to see the true size unfortunately when the watch received it is very small on my hand very tiny I asked for return or at least exchange they said I have to pay almost triple the amount for the shipment and on my expenses ,, it’s ridicules and not acceptable and against costumer satisfaction disappointed 💔
