I used to love this app and have purchased a lot of products but lately the delivery time period has just gotten ridiculous and when is contacted customer care it was worst experience I have ever had just sharing the chat with the agent *Tasneem Alhariri* Thank you for contacting Boutiqaat… I am Tasneem You guys are charging 2.5kd for delivery the highest in kuwait and the delivery time frame is pathetic if I order something from the future store the delivery is free and the delivery is done next day what kind of service is this *Tasneem Alhariri* Your order has been canceled upon your request. Wow and your customer service is pathetic as well I thought you would atleast apologise and try to retain a customer but you were just blunt that’s sad I have used Boutiqaat for quite a few years and sorry to say that I will be deleting the app and will never do any business with you guys *Tasneem Alhariri** Any other service I can help you ?

Prices are high compared to other online platforms
Products are genuine but prices are little higher when compared with other online shopping platforms in Kuwait . There is no coupon code or promo code options 🙁. No end of season sale.
