Worst bankng app. Application does not respond when I select an icon. Sometimes app crashes too. Please solve this issue espically when you want to digitilize all the services!

The worst banking app I have ever known is a disaster

This app couldn’t be worse than it is. Big applause for the designers of it.
Unusable
After 15 years of using BOV’s services I’ve given up on this app and have moved all my money to Revolut. There’s always some bug with the BOV app right when you need to use it; especially using Biometric login. It shouldn’t be this annoying to get access to my own money or pay a bill.
Issue on logging errors and filled with bugs
Kindly fix the errors and support customers , when ever try to login error , while on a pay authentication faile , cant trust the service from BOV Please fix bugs and support for a safe banking
Doesn’t work
Login doesn’t work with IOS17: face id login fails and then blocks your account after some time. Login used to work pre IOS17, but app isn’t reliable and crashes randomly.
Double take
On ios I have to open it, close it and then open it up again! When ever you open it up again it remains a white blank page and does not come. You have to switch it off and on again!
