I have tried 5 times to change me password it gives me the prompt but no way to verify or to press OK.

The version I’m using in September of 2024 is working mostly fine. I got an unexpected error during registration, but I still got the email confirmation which let me finish the process. Once signed in the app is straightforward to use and performs fine.

Since the new app I can no longer get a room or check out my offers. Everything is out of order. When I try and book a room it ALWAYS says no vacancy even months and months ahead. On previous app I had zero issues getting a room and checking in. We have stopped coming to Belterra and started going to others who are easily accessible and where we can book a room without technical issues. The new app has everything mixed together and no rhythm to it. More headaches then it’s worth. Loved the old app.

Since more recent updates, I can’t book a room with my offers. I have tired booking different days of the week, typing in the offer code. Every time I get outrageous rates even though I have free room offers.

The BConnected app use to be SO easy to use and very useful, but this app is horrible! I’m on the casino Wi-Fi and it STILL stalls so I can’t do any!! I’ve been going to the kiosk just to find my status, otherwise I’d be unable to know! This is really sooo bad!

this app is always saying my password is wrong. and i can never see my offers/promo. also, i never received any free play credit. very sad because i love ameri⭐️

Coming from an avid gambler, Boyd is one of, if not the worst players clubs there is. You get no rewards or incentive to come back. They place properties strategically to lure players in and drop lots of money where there is not much competition and make you think you’ll be rewarded when you most certainly do not. To earn $1 in free play, you have to drop about $500 coin in. On top of that, if you do happen to have a large bankroll and expect perks after spending a lot, you’ll be disappointed. Don’t waste your time chasing tiers or rewards because this program is garbage. This app showcases just how bad they are as a company as a whole. If I could rate zero, I would.

Love the new design, super user friendly compared to other apps on the strip.

I cannot log into this app no matter what I try. Will not let me enter my birthday if a say I forgot my password. Completely useless and frustrating.
