Can’t log in

It’s been 5 days and I still can’t log in to my account. It says that no internet connection, not just me but also my colleagues that uses the app. Until when are you planning to keep this? I have an emergency and I can’t transfer my money I can’t also afford to go to any BPI bank for help since I am overseas!!!

I can’t update in my iphone 6 it requires ios 13, there’s an option to download the older version but there’s an error it really need to update. 😫 pls fix I can’t transfer funds because it need Mobile key.
