If you like news, this app is a must (get it without advertising, ie buy it, you will not regret it). Quick links to radio channels make the app even better, in short, this is one of the absolute best news apps out there.

Deleting app now that they use Ads

Excellent reporting of news.

Why have a half page ad covering up the bottom half of the app that can’t be turned off? Seriously! And if you dare hit the microscopic delete ad icon it LAUNCHES YOUR BROWSER INTO THE AD WEBSITE!!! Horrible idea Breaking News devs… you guys should be fired for ruining this once great app. Stupid ads you can’t turn off is why I deleted your greedy app and replaced it with Ground News. Send me an email if you ever bother to right the sinking ship.

This is a great little app, but unfortunately the NewsCast radio section no longer seems to be updating the feeds. It was working just fine up to 3 days ago. Unfortunately now none of the NewsCast stations feeds seem to be updating at all. They’re all still stuck on the last update received from 3 days ago. Everything else in the app works just fine, so idk why the NewsCasts radio section no longer updates like the rest of the app does. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling several times on 2 different devices but unfortunately the problem still persists, so it seems the issue is not a client-side one. Too bad, I was using this app on a daily basis to listen to the news while at work. Now it seems I’ll have to look for an alternative news radio app. Oh well.

I’ve always love this app for a long time but so so slow to update info it seems hate that in a competitive fast news world

This used to be a fairly good app. Now there is so much detritus on the screen it is unusable. Clean up your act or I'm deleting it.
