Almost perfect, just a few details missing
This app is almost perfect. It allows to fully personalize the breathing cycles and display/visualization during exercise is exactly what I want.
Just a few details are missing
- a timer to set session duration
- a sound guiding feature to allow for sessions with closed eyes (e.g gongs and/or light bliss during breath-in / breath-out)
- possibility to save breathing exercises setting (box breathing, cardiac coherence, etc.)
Perfect but
It’s exactly what I looking for. Simple and flexible. We can controls our breathing as we like. I use usually 8-32-16 and sometimes 16-16-16-16-16, I start little and try to more than more.
If we can just have a bell or vibration for each changing and have a global time practice. it will be nice sometimes to practice with closed eyes and for exemple practice 5 min ;).
