Breathe is a new app that uses the diving reflex for stimulation of circulation and lung function and which has a relaxing and pain-relieving effect.
The app is divided into 3 levels, so everyone can join. All exercises come with videos in English and Danish where Stig will show and explain what to do. The audio track has been recorded so that it can be used without you having to look at the screen. That way, you can simply lie down and let the calmness of Stig's voice guide you through the exercises.
As an extra, the basic level contains instruction videos that help you get a proper start.
In order to achieve the best possible result, you should use the app at least 3 times a week.
The exercises became the pivotal turning point for Stig Pryds who had spent 5 awful years in pain and on medication due to psoriatic arthritis. Today, he lives a strong, healthy and meaningful life in harmony with his condition.
The app has been produced in order to help others that experience imbalances. If you do the exercises you will experience better oxygenation and a surplus of energy. This has proven to lead to better self worth in many people.
Once you master your breathing, you become the master of your life!

Super app. Skulle lige finde ud af at der var sammenhæng mellem manglende lyd og telefonens lydløs-funktion.

Jeg har købt denne app, men desværre virker lyden ikke. I hvert fald ikke på en iPhone 11 Pro med ios 13.2.2. Har skrevet til udvikleren flere gange, men de er tavse som graven. Det var penge ud af vinduet!
En fantastisk app!
Jeg har nu brugt denne app, næsten hver dag, i to måneder. Uden problemer kan jeg holde vejret i næsten 3 minutter, blot ved at sidde på gulvet i soveværelset, og det bliver bedre og bedre for hver dag. Jeg glæder mig til næste gang turen går til svømmehallen, for at se hvor længe jeg kan holde vejret med en aktiveret dykkerrefleks. Derudover er min daglige vejrtrækning også blevet meget mere dyb, og jeg føler en anden ro i kroppen end jeg ellers har gjort normalt. Derudover har jeg heller ikke været syg, selvom alle folk omkring mig er blevet ramt af influenza (startede med at bruge den i januar.) Det er svært at beskrive den totale følelse og effekt af denne app, men jeg vil uden tvivl anbefale at bruge pengene på den, for at få en bedre hverdag. Stig,- du er for sej!!!!
