Great concept, excellent execution

I'm really enjoying the HRV feature in this app! It's been quite helpful in managing my stress levels and keeping an eye on my overall health. I've seen some noticeable improvements since I started using it. The HRV feature is very user-friendly, with clear instructions and visuals that make it easy to track my progress. The best part is that it takes the guesswork out of managing stress. The insights it provides are practical and have helped me make adjustments to my daily routines. What's also great is how well this feature blends with the app's focus on mindfulness. It encourages me to take a few minutes each day to concentrate on my breath and how my body is doing. This practice has really helped me reduce stress and improve my overall well-being.

What’s more important than your health? Technology now offers more opportunities than ever to conveniently improve our health metrics. Paired with the Omron Intelli Sense blood pressure cuff, Apple Watch Ultra, Oura ring and Withings smart weight scale, I pretty well have at my disposal what many medical offices didn’t even offer a few years ago. The beauty of this app is that it provides an opportunity to improve numerous health metrics (and quality of life) by spending a few of minutes daily following some of the numerous animated breathing and visualization exercises. The key of course is consistency - it’s promise is only realized if it is used and not just put away like so many of our purchases. To motivate daily use of these quick and simple health improvement opportunities I just keep asking myself “how much is my health worth…” it really is priceless. Not even the Lotto jackpot can replace health resiliency. I’m grateful to have found this APP and for the people who did the necessary work to bring it to market.

Quite good application. Has many different techniques, chanting and HRV. Great idea. However, I won’t be using it, cause it keeps crashing and works unreliably. Also, more instructions on how to breathe would be appreciated, cause “inhale SUUU” tells me nothing about what they mean by that.

Helpful in traumatic postpartum recovery

I got severe postpartum preeclampsia in January of ‘23. While most fully recover from this condition that is blood pressure related, some do not, and I may be one of those people. I went from perfect blood pressure to needing to be medicated for the foreseeable future. Anxiety and stress have played a huge role in my blood pressure and this app has genuinely helped me establish a mind body connection to my stress through my HRV. It’s encouraging me to get back into my healthy habits I had before I gave birth, helps lower my blood pressure and gives me hope that I can heal from my triggers around my blood pressure. I would love to see if this can somehow sync to the Apple Watch!

I still have not been able to find out - On the free HR check, is Fitness the same measurement as HRV? (I don’t think so?) Also, one of my therapy clients started using it, and after the 6 free readings he now is offered the option each time to watch an ad for a free reading. Since I work with veterans (many of whom can’t afford to subscribe) but I’d like to use hrv with them - how can I explain to them how to access this option ?? Thanks so much

Bp reduction & management- great ‍

I have been struggling with high blood pressure for years and have tried various remedies with limited success. That was until I discovered MindBreath. This app has been a game changer for me. The breathing exercises and mindfulness techniques offered in the app have helped me significantly reduce my blood pressure. I find myself using it often and it has become a subconscious habit. The app is very easy to use and the instructions are clear and well explained. I feel the difference every time I use it and I am so grateful to have found MindBreath.
