I have +225 hrs of listening time. This app changed my life.
Brilliant guided meditations. Eventually got the lifetime premium version. Would pay all over again. If you battle anxiety chronically, this app in my pocket at all times is like having my best friends nearby to lend me the guided breathing and mindfulness hand I need. Honestly couldn’t live without it. Today is day 496 of using it since I first started the free trial in 2019.

Scamming impossible to remove app that doesn’t even work
I signed up for a free trial and this app doesn’t give me an option to cancel it. Weekly they debit money from my account. I’ve used this app twice and I wasn’t even able to fall asleep. Don’t get this app it’s a terrible app that refuses to deactivate. I hate it and I want all my money back

Bedtime stories
I have been having a difficult time sleeping, hence I’ve been listening to bedtime stories! I love the way they tell the stories, it puts me to sleep before the session even ends.
