Great app and idea!
I’ve tried a couple other apps, and they are faulty and not user-friendly. This one is great with everything included in it. Great job with the thought process I’m putting this thing together. I love the positivity and the updates. I’m really enjoying my free headband! Keep all the good stuff coming. It’s fun to be cold!

This is a great app to keep you on track with your cold water therapy, cold plunges. The app is intuitive and easy to use, but robust enough that it keeps me coming back everyday. Definitely reccomend it! 5 stars.
Great Plunge tracker
Everybody knows that us Plungers are all about tracking our streaks and stats. Brisk is a great way to do just that.

It’s dumb that the timer is only by minutes I often go for 3:30 or 4:30
Cool app
Like the 80s theme and the music. Seems pretty simple to use and functional after using it for a few cold plunges. Look forward to them adding some more features.
