Absolutely a waste of my time period. Jacked up prices without notifying me etc. Despite paying early not getting into any accidents pulled over or any tickets. “Hassle free” app that’s bull! Half the time it doesn’t work. Anytime you call you get someone you Can’t understand or barely speaks any English. Wait times 10 mins or so for simple questions or changes when they do Answer there’s so much back ground noise you can barely hear anyone. Will be changing insurance as soon as possible. Absolute worthless company

Its hard to speak with anyone something is always wrong and takes to long

This app is inaccurate information and the company is not updating premium prices in realtime! I was over charge every month and had to call monthly and stay on phone for hours until they fixed the problem months later after I had canceled policy they continued to try and collect premium from my credit card on file. Horrible company bad pricing too. I got the best deal and best customer service at other companies! Hint it has 3 of the same letter! Much more organized, experienced and professional company than this company! Save yourself the headaches of calling monthly incorrectly they will try to scam u and add any type of fee!
