I Brobizz appen kan du:

- Bestille bizz og nummerpladebetaling, bl.a. ved at scanne din nummerplade.
- Nummerpladebetalingen er klar til brug på Storebæltsbroen kun 20 minutter efter oprettelse
- Finde et overblik over alle dine ture og forbrug samt se eventuelle udeståender

I can not login in the app. I know my code , I can login one de site nut not anymore in the app.

Bad

Forgot my password but Customer care doesn’t respond at all. Useless app.

Only with DK license plates

Not possible to use with other license plates expect of DK.

A loop

I did register I also had mail. Gave all my information but its not possible to order bizz hardware, i tried several times but it isnot working. Gave my creditcard number for the charge of 200 kr. But it says 000 kr and i have to start all over. So no easy going to danmark sweden and norway. Is this app scam, just for our information? Fore sure its not working

No connection between app en web

Downloaded the brobizz app and ordered a bizz. Could npt add dutch licence plate and then tried to login on the computer/webportal there my account did not excist

Not able to login

Not with bizz, not with customer ID, not with e-mail.

Unable to add Dutch license plate.

Unfortunately I have a bad experience with the app and the site. Create a new account via this app and want to add my car to order “PayByPlate”. But I am unable to add a license plate other than DK. I tried to login via the website but on that site my account (e-mailadres and password) is not accepted.

Kan geen postcode en kenteken invullen

Geprobeerd om een account aan te maken, naar lang zoeken kwam ik erachter dat je bij postcode alleen de cijfers mag invullen en geen letters. Daarna geprobeerd om het kenteken in te voeren, lukte niet want ik kan geen NL selecteren. Dan maar een vraag per mail naar de costumers service gestuurd. Krijg ik een Deens mailtje terug... dan maar bellen: for English press “9” daarna gaan we in het Deens verder..... Boehoe!
