Honestly, sending the tickets via email would be easier. Useless app…

In the last couple of years we have seen The Rolling Stones, Eagles and Bruce Springsteen. I find that the organisation of these events to be very good, it is also very relaxing and you have the room to spread out so you don’t feel threatened. Unfortunately this year there is no one on that appeals to us, but we look forward to next year’s announcements. All in all a great experience.

Every time I want to access my tickets I have to log in again, and go fetch a 2FA code from my email. Every single time. Even when I have not closed the app but have gone to look at the schedule, say. My advice to anyone who has to use this: have the ticket page logged in before you reach the Hyde Park entrances which are a dead zone in terms of 4/5G as everyone else is trying to do the same. And don’t close that page until you’re inside the venue! You may get lucky and be able to use the free WiFi at the gates, or maybe not. Considering we’re obliged to use this app to access tickets, 1 star is all I can give it.

Well organised & great event

Whilst the sound system and show was great the situation for females having to squat and wee against the fence lines and actually squatting and weeing within the men’s urinal areas demonstrated a severe lack of toilet facilities. Wasn’t one or two isolated cases, there was lots needing a wee who couldn’t wait the ridiculous queues. For such a big venue get the toilet allocations right. It’s not rocket science just penny pinching.

Unhelpful and really unorganised I can’t even sign into my account

Buy the tickets through one app then have to download another app to get in. What an incredibly smooth customer experience.

Impossible to use and can’t access. The AXS app doesn’t work and this has continous error message. Suspect this is a scam. Can’t access tickets. Have been trying for days
