I bought two tickets for a show, one regular and one re-sale within one checkout process. The transaction for the regular wen’t through but I got an error for the re-sale one (again, from the checkout process it was not clear that there will be two separate transactions). This meant I was stuck with one ticket and they said all purchases are final and no refunds. If it would be possible I would give zero stars. AVOID THEM.

Difficult contact the customer center, no reply after request at all

The ap is quite easy if you want to buy ticket for you. But it’s really compliquated to tranfer tickets to someone else... then for a gift for an old person... simply Forget!!! And buy anything else... the impossibility to print ticket make the ap worth 0 star... but 1 is the minimum...
Tickets dont show up, support not answering - very bad!
