Terrible communication, no compensation and answer for 2-3 weeks, always a hidden list of exceptions, got a couple of tickets closed and not paid as they were in for more than a month and just expired. BTA’s only job is to find a way to not pay you for some mysterious and important reason. Sometimes you may write them 2-5 emails to convince them otherwise, but mostly they will just ignore you. And now this new app version, where it’s not about submitting claims anymore – it’s 99% advertisement to buy more terrible insurance from BTA, where nobody will compensate you anything. Also, where are all the attachments to claims in the new app version? How are we supposed to know what we have already posted? Or is it yet another effort to not pay the customers? Guess we’ll never know. And never get paid as well. Strongly suggest to avoid.
