Scammy drivers take longer routes. Use other taxi companies

Waited for 2 hours, called 5x, used this app. They pick up the wrong people and leave you stranded. Use ITtaxi instead.

Booked a taxi and it was on its way. Saw him in the street but he stopped at the wrong number and somebody else stepped in. Try to call the driver but he did not return my call. From that moment on it is not possible to book an other taxi. The taxi driver should check if he has the right person and should stop at the right number. The app should recognise that the taxi is moving and I don’t. When I try to book another, the message should not be that I have currently an actual ride, but should give me an option to solve that situation. And it should recognise that I try to book a taxi from the same location. So two signals that something is wrong. So please make an option in the app when a problem occurs. Maybe to be able to contact a human being. This whole situation costed me more than an hour. Luckily I was not heading to the airport. Regards, Peter van Dijk.

La applicazione no fa pena alcuni taxi Fano furbi per arrivare con più soldi da te la applicazione no fa mai vedere in tempo come si deve come si muove il taxi
