اسوء ادارة واسوء خدمة عملاء واسوء خدمة اونلاين سحبو فلوس من الكارت ولم يتم طلب الأوردر وكل شوية تصعيد تصعيد ولا حد بيتصل ولا حد بيتكلم كلهم مقصرين في شغلهم وطلبت مسئول اكلمه محدش كلمني اول تعامل واخر تعامل تحس بيتنصب عليك علني وعملت شكوي فيهم في حماية المستهلك. The worst management, worst customer service, and worst online service. They took money from my card without placing the order, and all they do is escalate the issue without anyone calling or talking to me. Everyone is neglecting their job. I asked to speak to a manager, but no one called me back. It's my first and last time dealing with them. You feel like they are openly scamming you. I filed a complaint against them with consumer protection.
