قمت بشراء منتجات تعادل ٢٦٥٠ جنيه مصري وتم سحب الرصيد من حسابي البنكي وقد قام الابلكيشن بتحديث نفسه وظهر لي انه لايوجد طلبات وحاولت الاتصال بخدمه العملا والشكاوي ومازلت بحاول استرد المبلغ . فعلا ابلكيشن سئ جدااا ومحتاج تطوير

The new version is stuck getting me a message saying something and i can't press on the bottom to say شكرا so i can't use anything in the app i am just stuck to this message nothing i can do would change it !!
Don’t trust this application don’t trust this company
I have ordered a washing machine in cash the charge me the money and then they send me a confirmation for the product availability after 1 week more they told me that the product is not available and they don’t support anything to solve the problem. I got my money back after 1 month and 3 complains this is really unprofessional. When I got my money back I discovered that the product just got more expensive that’s really bad.
The worst management, worst customer service, and worst online service.
اسوء ادارة واسوء خدمة عملاء واسوء خدمة اونلاين سحبو فلوس من الكارت ولم يتم طلب الأوردر وكل شوية تصعيد تصعيد ولا حد بيتصل ولا حد بيتكلم كلهم مقصرين في شغلهم وطلبت مسئول اكلمه محدش كلمني اول تعامل واخر تعامل تحس بيتنصب عليك علني وعملت شكوي فيهم في حماية المستهلك. The worst management, worst customer service, and worst online service. They took money from my card without placing the order, and all they do is escalate the issue without anyone calling or talking to me. Everyone is neglecting their job. I asked to speak to a manager, but no one called me back. It's my first and last time dealing with them. You feel like they are openly scamming you. I filed a complaint against them with consumer protection.

الغاء الطلبات في الفتره الاخيره بيعملو عروض وهميه وبيلغو الطلبات من طرفهم بدون الرجوع للعميل عشان يكون العرض خلص ويقولو اي سبب للأغاء عشان تعمل طلب جديد من غير العرض

Very bad App.
One of the worst online shopping App i have ever had, it is always unstable and keep loading for too long then show an empty pages. I tried many updates but still the same.
