Log in never works
Some days it works and most days it doesn’t. I literally play a game of cat and mouse to login. It just doesn’t allow it. And all I am trying to do it pay my account. It’s really a poorly built app. And super frustrating - I’m surprised it hasn’t been fixed and is constantly bombs out. It just kicks me out.
Cannot login
App send a verification message and I accept, then it loads forever. It has been about 9 months now. Today it goes only one step further but tells me I have reached device limit. It lists the two “devices” which are basically the same phone. I try to remove/deactivate one of them and it loads for ever.
Security features are a flop
The security features that are presented when trying to sign on are REALLY NOT WORKING.
Struggling to log in
I have been struggling to log on the app for a couple of months now, after I accept it just keeps loading and then gives me an error.
Authentication Declined
Every time I try to login to view statements and make payments! What a useless app! If I could give this app zero stars I would.
