Decreased cleaning from 4x to 1x per month without discussing with us, AND increased the price of those cleanings. House looks nice but it is very cheap, the walls are thin and floor is cheap and crackly. Maintanence took on average 2-3 weeks to repair almost anything in the house. All while trapping you in a lease termination fee which is 3x the monthly rent. Yeah I read the contract, but only the company knows how that contract will play out. This company is CLEARLY investor driven. The CEO and investors must be very wealthy given how unfair these rental situations are.

Don’t get the app or work with them in any way, they constantly added more fees besides the fees that were agreed upon the lease. And when we would try to clarify the added fees THERE WAS ABSOLUTELY NO WAY TO GET IN CONTACT WITH THE LANDLORD OR ANYONE ELSE! Please save yourself the time and money and avoid bungalow

This is the first time I’m writing a review. Bungalow is a SCAM. Please do not rent with them. They will keep charging you fees over and over and screw you. Everyone who rented with them knows that including me unfortunately. They’re very clever and experienced legally and that’s why they’re good at getting away….

Bungalow is consistently one of the worst property management companies I have ever dealt with. Specifically, their communication and resolution of tenant issues is bad. After 4 years, I have given up on them and just deal directly with the property owner. Fees increase over time and customer service equally fades. Avoid if you can.

DO NOT rent from these people. They never get back to you, they are clueless about what they’re doing, and the house was full of problems.

They rip you off, and forced you to live at a bungalow home for a year because even you change your mind after seeing it in person. They do not care about their customers. They have two documents to fill out before moving out, and keep the second one hidden so that they can tell you you never filled out both, and you still have to pay rent even though you have sent photos and left keys months before. I do Not support this money-hungry sad excuse of a business. I would not recommend it to anyone

You just need to know what you want be careful with your selection and take full responsibility for your actions without blaming others! Aside from that I found an amazing g place and it’s working great 👍🏽

They allow random people to rent the units. No background checks, no conviction history check. Only credit score matters to them. They don’t mediate any roommate conflicts. Even if you provide written evidence, photos and videos, they don’t do anything about it. If someone verbally abuses you, sexually harasses you, plays loud music at night or let’s strangers to stay without their presence, drugs used at home — they don’t do anything and tell you they don’t have enough evidence and you should file report with police for them to start moving their fingers. Do not rent.
