House is very nice very clean, easy move in had no problems

Lived in two different bungalow houses for over two years. These guys are not fooling anyone. No phone number to call for issues. No actual real people that come around from bungalow. Just a dingy app and email system for all communication. The communication also is very robotic and not personable, very hard to get things done. They advertise around 800 for a bedroom but their fees are ridiculous especially when there are six people in the house paying the same 150$ for water sewage trash then on top of that paying out utilities.. I’m up well over 1000 better off getting your own apartment from real people at this rate. Total sketch balls.

Cleaning crew never comes, maintenance crew is unresponsive — you’ll be happy when you’re out of your lease.

Don’t rent from this place it’s over the market place expensive just find place on Facebook their customer support does not exist you will feel like you are getting scammed. You will not exist too them after signing that lease don’t do it. I did it it was the worst mistake I made I had panic attacks because of this company I will add more when I have time. If it’s not to late don’t rent it from here don’t believe any other comment you see on anywhere they are probably paid comments. I don’t comment on apps but I just do it for this place so that other people doesn’t live what I live through

Although the properties are nice, I strongly encourage not to rent any Bungalow units. They add $100 service fee on top of rent. There is no phone number to call and they take weeks to respond to an email. And it’s a different customer service rep responding to every email you send so there’s no continuity. You end up getting the run around.

We received multiple eviction notices despite paying rent on-time, every-time. The notices detailed the consistent lack of timely payments from Bungalow to the actual property owners. What are they doing with the money? They make 20-50% more but subletting each room to renters. I’m shocked they can keep their employees. Zero customer service. Zero maintenance. Zero care for residents. Tons of fake reviews on their website. You should avoid at company at all costs.

I’m still in awe with how quick the process went literally inquired overnight Claudio responded first thing in the morning very courteous and took time to answer any and every questions I had. Applied the second night and was approved first thing the following morning and India assisted the entire way with willingness to make sure all our questions were answered up to signing our lease and accessing the property. Beautiful home inside and out thank you Bungalow team for making it such a smooth transition for my family I’d highly recommend for anyone.

Why do they ask for your drivers license? To steal your identity of course! The phone verification can’t send a text to an iPhone because their IT guy is an idiot.

DO NOT RENT FROM BUNGALOW Worst property management company I’ve ever experienced. Take weeks to respond to requests. Amenities provided are minimal at best - tiny tv, no living room. Internet was terrible and they did nothing. Infested by ants and did nothing. Water heater broke three times for an entire week each time. Did nothing.
