Never received any points for any of my orders after using the mobile app for 2 years.

Such a hit and miss, the app doesn’t work 95% of the time. Disappointment city

Crashes 95% of the time on startup. No clue if the interface, payment and ease-of-access is good or not. Good burgers though! (not app related)

This failure of app keeps giving me “could not open app”. Someone fix??

I got in and ordered. Then can’t log back in. Why would you ask for a sms verification code every time you log in rather than just set up a password…?

Free spud fries got us into the store, but this bonus had been updated, different yo what it was in the last, it only applied to certain days and certain times of the day.

App won’t load. Keeps telling me to try again in a few mins.

When it works it’s fine. But 9/10 it doesn’t.

As others are appointed out the app is poorly designed & counterintuitive to use. Not only that, but once you’ve navigated the terrible app, placed enough orders to receive a voucher - you have to use it within 2 weeks! BurgerFuel you’re not that great, you (usually) make decent burgers but your no tall poppy in the burger business. Making an app that’s basically guarantees a bad user experience and then forcing your customers to use their hard earned voucher within a ridiculously small amount of time isn’t going to win you any customers. GYST!
