What a bad app. We stayed at universal studios before and could by tickets via the app. But it is not possible via buschgardens in app. What a bad experience . Now we will see if we visit another park instead . Please please please improve this app .

It says some rids are open and some closed some have no wait time showing I don’t get it pls help me

I don’t think I’ve been able to log in once in the entire year I’ve had this app.

The good: There is so much you can do in this app. From using the map to see where you are and to getting directions to your next location. You can use it to get in the park and get discounts. It really does do a lot. The not so good: There has to be a way for you to update customers when rides are down. Walking across the park to a closed ride is the worst. Also having a notification system for when rides are back up would really take the app to the next level. The last thing is, I should not have to go to a kiosk and print tickets to use my 1 free fast pass each time I go. I should be able to do that from the app. Fix these items and I will update to 5 stars.

the new update with the passes and guest passes being available and easy to find has been so helpful!

Super functional and gives great information while at the park. Only suggestion is to please have white activities for mobile orders it please bring back Apple wallet integration.

I keep getting an error saying there was a login error. I can login on the website but the application gives me an error.

Needs to have ability to search for train stations by searching for train or station. Needs a feature to show all day dining locations. Map should should show approximate walking time when you select a destinations.

The app works great for directions, attraction descriptions, and navigation. Wish there was a way to show specific accommodations; the penny presses, water refill stations, etc. without showing ALL of them under the “services” option.

I was very pleased with being able to book the Savannah tour in the app. I was NOT pleased with the fact that it didn’t actually tell us where we had to meet the tour guide. We almost missed boarding because we had to run around the park to find where we had to go. PLEASE put more information about the tours into the app for less confusion! Not everyone who uses the app has been here before. 😕
