BusPlanner Delays

I’m in Thunder Bay and the Student Transportation website told me to download the App and select ‘Student Transportation Services of Thunder Bay’ It’s not on your list. Also, when scrolling on the list of schools, as soon as I stop to read the listing, the App automatically selects the school. Very annoying.

I need the option of watching buses for 2 different school boards. I know I am an exception, but I work drop-off/pick-up at one school, and my kids go to another school, both are different school boards. I picked the one I work for, now I cannot change to my kids. Frustrated, but this could be an easy fix.

I get lock-screen notifications but when i go to open the app it tells me that it can’t connect but my wifi and bars are perfectly fine so whats it not connecting too

It won’t let me set up at the very beginning. I can only enter the code OR the school board at a time and as soon as I do, it clears the other field so I can’t input both and then press the button to proceed. Would give it 0 stars if I could.

Notifications are not appearing until much later . For example, a notification saying at « « 7:06 bus is delayed 60 mins » won’t arrive until long after 7:06, and I have to push to find it…even though my phone is set to receive notifications on lock screen, banners, when locked and unlocked. He leaves for the bus stop at 7:09 so this is really unhelpful.

Needs more work. Doesn’t show cancellations or delays. Just taking up valuable space on my phone.

This is the second time we’ve had bus cancellations and we didn’t get any notifications from this app. What’s the point?

My child’s school uses this app. We were told to download it. On multiple occasions it has told me the buses were cancelled and then I will see the bus drive past at pickup time. Deleting it, it’s not accurate at all.

This developers of the app have not considered that two children from the same house may go to different boards, which is the case in our household. Consequently, I have to choose which of children I get alerts for. Why have it in the functionality that someone has only one choice? What's the point of being so restrictive? Ugh.
