NimbusWx is a spot forecasting tool that visualizes the numeric model data from the weather computers used by industry experts. It's powered by the incredibly popular website SpotWx, which is used by professionals all over North America and the world.

The difference between NimbusWx and other weather products is that we've lifted the veil on forecasts by giving you access to the raw weather data. That raw data is normally inaccessible because it requires special desktop software to open and interpret, we take that data and turn it into a human friendly visual format so you can make forecasts like a pro.

NimbusWx features include:

- Customizable AI weather forecaster. You can control what type of weather data you want to know about, and how the forecaster behaves.

- Select any coordinates on Earth.

- View and compare multiple weather models for your coordinates.

- Save your favourite places for fast viewing.

- See the models simulated altitude, and spatial / temporal resolution.

- View advanced weather metrics.

Needs much more functionality

Useless until units of measurement (including time) are clearly shown and can be changed.

Hard pass on this app. Cant even access GFS without subscribing.

Yeah, you get 1 week free but requiring someone to subscribe and not give access to the free model is ludicrous. Get Windy or Ventusky for access to ECMF, GEMS, GFS, HRRR and a few other models without subscribing to test drive their apps. You also get access to current weather charts, radar, satellite and lightning strike data.
