I love this app, it‘s amazing 🙌🏾
Einfach toll!
It helps me to stay concentrated on the exercises and makes me feel better, also, there are many different workouts and all are for free!!
I‘ve been using it for 2 weeks and I‘m already seeing some results!
Viele Übungen auch bei der gratis Version zugänglich. Gut erklärt und übersichtlich aufgebaut. Kann ich nur empfehlen! Sehr gute App!
