Bought a butterfly during their Black Friday promotion, received it timely but the probe was not working, delaying care to my clients who needed it at the time. Has been 2 weeks since then and still haven’t received my replacement probe but was sent an email asking about returning the original malfunctioning probe (the email instructions say to wait until the replacement comes to send the old one back). Very disappointed with the lack of urgency this organization has taken to assist me in getting the device I paid over $2,000 for, considering that is a big amount of money for a small business to invest in equipment. At this point I’m considering requesting a refund and purchasing a devise from a different carrier.

This product was great. I got wonderful images from the prove it was very beneficial to my practice at the time. When I changed clinics I didn’t need the probe as we already had an ultrasound. When we wanted a second one I offered mine that was sitting on the shelf in the case. When I went to try it, I got nothing but failure messages. I was told it was an unrecoverable failure. Since it was out of the warranty I could send it back so they could help improve their product and I was encouraged to buy a new one. Moral of the story spend the money and buy a better system. I imported it to Brazil, after approximately 1 year of use the probe stopped working (I was always very careful, I never dropped the device on the floor), I contacted the company several times, they never explained what happened, they just said that "it was an irreparable mistake", that I bought another one, and they only offered me a discount. Absurd, such an expensive product, to bring here to my country, costs more than 4,000 dollars, apart from the annual fee that we pay, to make an irreparable error, without explaining the reason, zero assistance. very dissatisfied
The customer support has been very non personal antiquated. Very displeased with the level of communication.
