I never get a call , doesn’t seem to be reliable. I missed my packages due to this .I wished the visitor flow was simpler .

HOA replaced a pool key fob with this. Gate access randomly disappears. Garbage tier app, stay away.

No reason for the unlock page to scroll as I only have one door. Sometimes the slider scrolls vertically incidentally when trying to unlock door… sad!

What an awesome convenience, I absolutely love and appreciate this easy access. Thank you for the service.

My apartment has this I like it better than using the gate key fob. This would be so much better if they made it compatible with CarPlay.

Deliveries just give up and leave packages / food outside because the menu is an endless confusing maze.

Why does an app this simple need a ui refresh?! no longer able to load the ui on iphone 15 pro running ios 17.5.1.

Unfortunately, I cannot recommend ButterflyMX for areas with poor internet connectivity. The device was installed in the lower-level garage without inspecting for WiFi connectivity. As there is no cellular data available in that area, I have been stuck at the door several times, waiting for someone to let me in. Please consider this feedback for future installations to ensure better service for all users.
