Top!! alles is floot gegaan
Unenjoyable buying experience
After trying to buy a bike TWICE I have failed to get a response from the seller, which ended in a cancellation of the purchase. What’s worse is that you have to pay upfront, so now I’m almost €10 000 poorer even tho they say you’ll get your money back immediately. Tried contacting support but after 5-6 days still no response. Absolute poor buying experience with a high probability the seller is some kind of bot, trying to sell you a product that doesn’t exist, making you pay money upfront with no refund in sight. Absolutely cannot recommend this app, let the bots have their imaginary bikes but actual humans should stay clear until something is done about it.

Twee fietsen te koop aangeboden. Mensen doen biedingen maar betalen niet. Minstens 7 of 8 biedingen gehad, bod geaccepteerd maar potentiële kopers betalen niet. Het platform moet iets doen aan de kopers die een geaccepteerd bod niet betalen, nu is het de moeite niet waard om iets te koop aan te bieden. Veel moeite voor 0 resultaat.

Waardeloze app, kan mijn fiets zelfs niet toevoegen want de knop werkt niet.

Stomste verkoop app ooit, je denkt van een mooie fiets te zien maar je kan niet eens een bericht sturen naar de verkoper

Non ti lascia incontrare di persona con l’acquirente senza pagare una tassa di protezioni acquisti a Buycycle a par mio poco utile. Inoltre mi si è rotta la bici che ho venduto e ho dovuto pagare una penale perché non l’ho spedita
Comoda e funzionale
Ho provato a vendere 2 bici per la prima volta e devo dire che sono rimasto molto soddisfatto: molto comodo il servizio a domicilio per ritirare il pacco, ma anche molto bella la possibilità di comprare direttamente l’imballaggio dato che non è facilmente reperibile. Pagamento arrivato sul conto nei termini previsti, consigliatissimo.
