Love the concept but image quality is too low
When you are buying purely on images of a used product it’s problematic that the pictures you upload are compressed so much. It makes it very hard to judge the condition of a bike.
App does not work
App says failed to load
Generally good
Overall it is good, but I would like the possibility to search on specific sizes, I use a 56 cm but can only choose L which cover the range 56-58 and that is not good enough.
Missing content on all pages
When I opened the app today, I noticed missing text throughout. All I see are black buttons, symbols, and pictures, as if the text is either hidden or blending with the background. As an app developer, I've faced similar issues using the standard text color from the OS on a static background. Even switching to the light theme didn't resolve the problem for me though.
Ok not not good
I’d like the chance to filter better on bike sizes. 56-58 is not enough resolution. And it seems that the sizes are auto generated, not taken into account the different brands. I’d like to be able to put in my hight and filter based on that.
Buggy
Login and register buttons doesn’t work. Tried both during the onboarding and from the profile icon
Love the concept, but the app's close to useless
App is constantly resetting all the search criteria’s . It makes it VERY difficult to use. On the other hand (which doesn’t have so much with the company to do), I’ve written on 2 bikes and it doesn’t seems like the sellers use the platform. No answers anyway. So the concept is brilliant, but it doesn’t seem to work that good in reality.

Non ti lascia incontrare di persona con l’acquirente senza pagare una tassa di protezioni acquisti a Buycycle a par mio poco utile. Inoltre mi si è rotta la bici che ho venduto e ho dovuto pagare una penale perché non l’ho spedita
Comoda e funzionale
Ho provato a vendere 2 bici per la prima volta e devo dire che sono rimasto molto soddisfatto: molto comodo il servizio a domicilio per ritirare il pacco, ma anche molto bella la possibilità di comprare direttamente l’imballaggio dato che non è facilmente reperibile. Pagamento arrivato sul conto nei termini previsti, consigliatissimo.
